Terms of Service
SA Telecoms · NFC Business Cards · Last updated July 2026
1. What this service is
NFC Business Cards (the “Service”) is a digital business card platform operated by SA Telecoms (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service lets you create a personal digital profile that visitors can view by tapping an NFC card or opening a link, and lets companies issue and manage cards for their team members.
2. Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile — your name, job title, company, contact details, and anything else you choose to publish. Please keep it up to date and remove it if it’s no longer accurate.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- impersonate any person, business, or organisation you’re not authorised to represent;
- violate any applicable law, or the rights of any third party; or
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
4. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control.
5. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms — including for publishing false information, impersonation, or abuse of the Service. Company administrators may also remove members from their own organisation’s account.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
